The short version. If you use the deadline calculator, your contract details never reach us — the maths runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and which page you came from. We use Google Analytics to count visits. We don't sell anything to anyone.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist
Your email address, the page or CTA you submitted from, and the date. That's the whole record. We store it in our database to invite you to early access in signup order, and to email you about that access. We won't add you to a newsletter or send you anything else.
If you use the deadline calculator
Nothing you type is sent to us. The renewal dates, notice periods, vendor names and contract references you enter are processed entirely in your browser and never leave it. The calendar file and the letter are generated on your machine. The shareable link deliberately encodes only the dates and the notice period — never the vendor or the reference — so you can paste it without leaking a counterparty name.
When you visit any page
We use Google Analytics 4, which records page visits, approximate location, referrer, device and browser, and sets cookies. It also records when a CTA is clicked or the waitlist form is submitted successfully — the fact of it and which page, never the contents of any field. Our servers additionally keep standard request logs, including IP addresses, for operating and securing the service.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't share it with anyone beyond the processors below.
- We don't run advertising or retargeting pixels.
- We don't upload, store, or read your contracts. There is no product yet that could.
Who processes data for us
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — usage analytics.
- Our hosting and database providers — to run the site and store waitlist entries.
Fonts are self-hosted, so viewing a page does not call a third-party font service.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries: until you ask us to delete them, or until it's clear the early-access programme is over and the list is no longer needed. Analytics: per Google's retention settings. Request logs: a short operational window.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we'll do it. If you're in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you those rights explicitly, along with the right to object to processing and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for the waitlist is your consent, given when you submit the form; for analytics and logs it is our legitimate interest in understanding and securing the site.

Changes
If what we collect changes — a real product, an email provider, anything — this page changes on the same day, and the date below moves with it.
