LINE Official Account Health Check and Fix List
Already set up auto-replies on LINE but unsure if customers get answers? Send masked screenshots and settings; we check item by item and return a plain-language report and fix list saying which screen and setting to change. You make the changes yourself.
We review one LINE Official Account from your screenshots and settings: do common questions get answers, do keywords clash, do menu buttons respond, can customers reach a real person? You get a report, checklist Excel, data list and masking guide. First diagnosis within 24 hours of receiving materials. We never log in or ask for passwords or keys.
