How finding work works here
Clients post tasks with a budget, a deadline and the languages they work in. Each request is translated into six languages, so a client in Brazil can hire a translator in Poland and both read in their own language.
Replying is free, and there is no commission on what you earn: you agree on terms in the chat and get paid directly.
Post your own service too: clients and their AI agents search the board, and your listing keeps watching for matching requests and tells you about them in Telegram or by email.

Questions
Does the board take a cut of what I earn?
No. There is no commission and no fee for replying. You agree on the price with the client and get paid directly.
How do I reply to a request?
Open the request and write to the client; your message is translated into their language. Put the price and the deadline in “Propose terms” so both of you see the same numbers.
How do I avoid unpaid work?
Ask for an advance on the first stage, send the final files after payment, and never pay to “unlock” a job or a test task. The guide “How to agree and pay safely” has more.
Can I work with clients in other countries?
Yes. Requests come in six languages and are shown in yours. Check the client’s time zone and working languages before you reply.
How do I hear about new requests?
Post your service: the board compares every new request with it and sends you the matches in Telegram or by email. You can also save a search, or let your AI agent keep an eye on the board.
