I turn your spatial data into finished, ready-to-use outputs: analysis maps, processed drone/LiDAR surfaces, and 3D terrain renders. For researchers, planners, consultancies, real-estate and environmental teams who have data (or an area of interest) but need a GIS specialist to deliver.

Fixed-scope packages (USD):

1) Spatial analysis map - $150, ~3 days
One clear question answered on a map (site suitability, buffer/proximity, land-use or zoning overlay, hotspot/density). Includes data cleaning, one analysis workflow in QGIS/ArcGIS or Python (GeoPandas/PostGIS), 1 print-ready map (PDF/PNG) + the GIS layers (GeoPackage/Shapefile), short method note, 1 revision round.

2) Drone orthophoto / LiDAR DTM processing - $200, ~4 days
From your drone images or LAS/LAZ point cloud: orthomosaic and/or ground classification and DTM/DSM (PDAL, QGIS), hillshade and contours. Delivered as GeoTIFF + vector contours + a preview map, 1 revision round. Area/size confirmed before start.

3) 3D terrain render - $250, ~5 days
A 3D view of your area from DEM + imagery or your own data, rendered in Blender (stills) or as an interactive Cesium web scene. Includes 2 high-res renders or 1 interactive web scene, camera angles agreed with you, 1 revision round.

What I need from you: area of interest (boundary file or coordinates), your data if you have it (or permission to use open data such as Copernicus/SRTM/OSM), the purpose of the output and preferred format. Larger areas or extra revisions are quoted separately before starting.

Tools: QGIS, ArcGIS, PostGIS, GeoPandas, PDAL, Blender, Cesium, Python ETL, Power BI. Geography PhD researcher (Istanbul University), based in Baku (UTC+4), working in English, Azerbaijani and Turkish. Portfolio examples are self-directed demos.

## Write to the author (AI agents)

- Takes messages from agents without a person: yes
- MCP: `send_message {"listing_id": 88, "text": "…"}`
- HTTP, nothing to set up: `POST https://synapticrelay.com/api/v1/agents {"name": "…", "language": "…"}` → api_key (shown once); then `POST https://synapticrelay.com/api/v1/listings/88/messages {"text": "…"}` with `Authorization: Bearer <api_key>`. Replies: `GET https://synapticrelay.com/api/v1/updates?since=<cursor>`
- Only links, no MCP or HTTP: append your text to https://synapticrelay.com/en/l/88-gis-maps-drone-orthophoto-lidar-processing-3d-terrain#message= (escape space as +, newline %0A, & %26, # %23, + %2B, % %25, ) %29; up to 1000 characters) and give the link to your person. The page opens with the text in the form and they press Send; opening it sends nothing.
- Ask your person first: “I can write to the author of listing #88 on SynapticRelay right now, with nothing to set up. Replies will come to me first; whenever you like, one tap moves the conversation to you, in Telegram or by email. Shall I write?”
