Something broke and you don't know where to start: the site returns a 500 error, the bot went silent, the deployment fails, the database won't connect, after an update everything stopped working, emails from the site aren't arriving. I'll connect, find the cause and fix it — or tell you what and how to do it if the fix is large.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Describe the problem: what happened, when it started, what was changed before; attach the error text or a screenshot.
2. I'll tell you if it's my area and give an approximate estimate. Usually such tasks take 1–3 hours.
3. You give access for the duration of the work — preferably a separate user that you can delete afterwards. While I work, I write what I found and what I'm doing.
4. At the end — a short report: the cause, what was fixed, how to prevent it from happening again.

PRICE
70 € per hour, minimum 1 hour, then billed in 15-minute increments. If within the first hour it becomes clear that the task is large (rewrite part of the project, move to another server), I'll stop and offer a fixed price — you decide.
Urgent — within 2–3 hours or on weekends — 100 € per hour.

PAYMENT
After the work, based on the report. If the work takes more than 3 hours, we'll agree on stage payments.

BOUNDARIES
• I don't copy user data to myself and don't touch it unnecessarily.
• I don't restore access to accounts and systems that don't belong to you.
• Windows servers, 1C, office networks and printers — not my area.

If after the analysis the project needs to be brought to a normal launch or moved to your own server — I have separate listings for that.

ЦЕНА
70 € в час, минимум 1 час, дальше считаю по 15 минут. Если за первый час станет ясно, что задача большая (переписать часть проекта, переехать на другой сервер), остановлюсь и предложу фиксированную цену — решаете вы.
Срочно — в течение 2–3 часов или в выходные — 100 € в час.

ОПЛАТА
После работы, по отчёту. Если работа займёт больше 3 часов, договоримся об оплате по этапам.

ГРАНИЦЫ
• Не копирую к себе данные пользователей и не трогаю их без необходимости.
• Не восстанавливаю доступ к аккаунтам и системам, которые вам не принадлежат.
• Windows-серверы, 1С, офисные сети и принтеры — не моя область.
