WHAT I CHECK
• Scope: what's included and what the contractor left "for later" — admin panel, backups, hosting, copy, testing, app store publication.
• Hour estimate and price: where it's reasonable, where it's inflated, and where it's too low (a low estimate is also risky — you'll face extra charges later). I compare with how long such work takes with modern tools, including AI.
• Timeline: is it realistic and where are the bottlenecks.
• Technology: does it fit the task, does it lock you into one contractor or an expensive service.
• Post-launch costs: server, subscriptions, support — what you'll pay each month.
• Rights and handover: who owns the code, accesses, and accounts.
• Payment and acceptance terms: do they protect you.

LIMITS
• I evaluate what I do myself: websites and web apps, Telegram bots and mini-apps, integrations and automation, AI assistants and agents, servers and hosting. I don't evaluate native mobile apps in Swift and Kotlin, games, 1C, or hardware — I'll tell you right away.
• I don't negotiate with the contractor on your behalf.
• If I could bid on this project myself, I'll tell you before starting.
• I don't share your documents with anyone. I'll sign an NDA if needed.

ЧТО ПРОВЕРЮ
• Состав: что входит, а что подрядчик оставил «на потом» — админка, резервные копии, хостинг, тексты, тестирование, публикация в магазинах приложений.
• Оценку часов и цену: где разумно, где завышено, а где занижено (заниженная оценка тоже опасна — потом начнутся доплаты). Сравню с тем, сколько такая работа занимает с современными инструментами, включая ИИ.
• Сроки: реальны ли они и где узкие места.
• Технологии: подходят ли под задачу, не привязывают ли вас к одному подрядчику или дорогому сервису.
• Расходы после запуска: сервер, подписки, поддержка — сколько вы будете платить каждый месяц.
• Права и передачу: кому принадлежат код, доступы и аккаунты.
• Условия оплаты и приёмки: защищают ли они вас.

ЧТО ПОЛУЧИТЕ
• Письменный разбор на 1–3 страницы: что в порядке, что вызывает вопросы, чего не хватает.
• Мою оценку разумного диапазона цены и срока.
• Вопросы подрядчику, которые стоит задать до оплаты, — в виде, готовом к отправке.

ЦЕНА
100 € за одну смету или ТЗ. Каждое следующее предложение на ту же задачу — +40 €. Созвон на 30 минут, чтобы обсудить разбор, — +40 €.

• Оцениваю то, что делаю сам: сайты и веб-приложения, Telegram-боты и мини-приложения, интеграции и автоматизацию, ИИ-ассистентов и агентов, серверы и хостинг. Нативные мобильные приложения на Swift и Kotlin, игры, 1С и железо не оцениваю — скажу сразу.
• Переговоры с подрядчиком за вас не веду.
• Если сам могу претендовать на этот заказ, скажу об этом до начала.
