WHO IT'S FOR
Managers, freelancers, and small teams who already pay for Claude or ChatGPT but use it like a search engine: manually copying emails, spreadsheets, and documents into it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BASE PRICE (from €250)
• Connection to two services of your choice: Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, CRM with open API (amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others).
• Setup where you already work: Claude (app, projects, Claude Code) or ChatGPT (app, projects, connectors).
• Where no ready-made connection exists — I set up a proven MCP server or build a small custom one.
• Minimal permissions: the assistant reads only what's needed for tasks; it can send, change, and delete only where you allow. Keys and tokens stay with you.
• Instructions for the assistant: who you are, how you communicate with clients, how your folders and projects are organized, what it must not do without your confirmation.
• 3–5 ready-made scenarios for your tasks. For example: "sort morning emails and suggest replies," "find a time slot for a meeting next week and prepare an invitation," "compile a project summary from Notion," "find clients in CRM who need a reminder."
• A one-hour call: we go through scenarios on your data and tweak until it works the way you need.
• Cheat sheet: what's connected, how to disconnect, what to do if the assistant stops seeing the service.

• Each additional service — +€80.
• Team setup (shared rules, individual access for each person) — price after discussion.
• Custom MCP server for your internal system — that's a separate job; I have a separate listing for it.

WHAT I DON'T DO
• I don't bypass service restrictions or connect anything you don't have rights to.
• I don't store your access after delivery: at the end of the work, I revoke everything you gave me.
• I don't promise the assistant will never make mistakes. That's why I set up email sending and CRM changes only with your confirmation.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Chat or a 20–30 minute call: which services, which Claude or ChatGPT plan, which tasks you want to delegate. We set the price.
2. Days 1–2: connection and setup. You provide access, only for the duration of the work.
3. Day 3: call on your data, adjustments, cheat sheet.

PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE
50% before start, 50% after the scenarios work for you. Two weeks after delivery, I fix connections for free if they stop working due to my part.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan (connections are heavily limited on free plans) and admin rights in the connected services during setup. I'll sign an NDA if needed.

ЧТО ВХОДИТ В БАЗОВУЮ ЦЕНУ (от 250 €)
• Подключение к двум сервисам на выбор: Gmail или Outlook, Google Календарь, Google Drive, Notion, CRM с открытым API (amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Pipedrive и другие).
• Настройка там, где вы уже работаете: Claude (приложение, проекты, Claude Code) или ChatGPT (приложение, проекты, коннекторы).
• Где готового подключения нет — ставлю проверенный MCP-сервер или делаю небольшой свой.
• Права по минимуму: ассистент читает то, что нужно для задач, а отправлять, менять и удалять может только там, где вы разрешили. Ключи и токены хранятся у вас.
• Инструкции для ассистента: кто вы, как общаетесь с клиентами, как устроены ваши папки и проекты, что нельзя делать без вашего подтверждения.
• 3–5 готовых сценариев под ваши задачи. Например: «разбери входящие за утро и предложи ответы», «найди окно для встречи на следующей неделе и подготовь приглашение», «собери из Notion сводку по проекту», «найди в CRM клиентов, которым пора напомнить о себе».
• Созвон на час: проходим сценарии на ваших данных и правим, пока не заработает так, как вам нужно.
• Памятка: что подключено, как отключить, что делать, если ассистент перестал видеть сервис.

ДОПЛАТЫ
• Каждый следующий сервис — +80 €.
• Подключение для команды (общие правила, отдельные доступы для каждого) — оценю после разговора.
• Собственный MCP-сервер для вашей внутренней системы — это отдельная работа, у меня есть для неё отдельное объявление.

ЧЕГО НЕ ДЕЛАЮ
• Не обхожу ограничения сервисов и не подключаю то, к чему у вас нет прав.
• Не храню ваши доступы после сдачи: в конце работы отзываю всё, что выдавали мне.
• Не обещаю, что ассистент никогда не ошибётся. Поэтому отправку писем и изменения в CRM настраиваю только с вашим подтверждением.

КАК ИДЁТ РАБОТА
1. Переписка или созвон на 20–30 минут: какие сервисы, какой тариф Claude или ChatGPT, какие задачи хотите отдать. Фиксируем цену.
2. Дни 1–2: подключение и настройка. Доступы выдаёте вы, только на время работы.
3. День 3: созвон на ваших данных, правки, памятка.

ОПЛАТА И ГАРАНТИЯ

ЧТО НУЖНО ОТ ВАС
Платный тариф Claude или ChatGPT (на бесплатных подключения сильно ограничены) и права администратора в подключаемых сервисах на время настройки. При необходимости подпишу NDA.
